What Asset Haus is and is not

Asset Haus is a technology and infrastructure provider for structuring and operating tokenized private-market vehicles. Asset Haus is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, funding portal, exchange or custodian, and does not provide legal, tax or investment advice. Licensed counsel and regulated partners perform the roles that require a licence.

No offer

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Private securities described in case studies were offered only to eligible investors under applicable exemptions, such as Regulation D or Regulation S in the United States, or professional-investor regimes elsewhere. Past deal figures are historical and are not a promise of future results.

Historical documentation

docs.resti.fi describes the 2023–2024 Restifi marketplace and is kept as a historical reference. Its terms, fees and processes do not describe current Asset Haus services.

Privacy

The enquiry form collects the details you enter and sends them by email to the Asset Haus team so we can respond. We do not sell or share this information, and we do not run automated marketing sequences. This site does not use advertising trackers. Write to hello@resti.fi to have your enquiry deleted.
